PRINCIPALS
Gus Loureiro is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a former Naval Aviator and Instructor Pilot and has held positions such as Weapons Training Officer and Pilot Training Officer. Currently an Airline Captain and Instructor Pilot at a major US airline, he has over 20 years of experience as a military and civilian instructor in various aircraft and full flight simulators with over 9000 hours of flight time and over 5000 hours of instruction. He has vast experience in curriculum/syllabus development, AQP development and implementation, Head Up Display operation and training, CRM training, and instructor oversight. He is currently an FAA approved Aircrew Program Designee as well as a Senior Instructor Pilot.
Ron Yagur has a background that covers 24 years of aviation experience with over 9000 hours in various single engine, multi engine, and jet aircraft. He currently holds certification as a CFII, MEI, and FAA approved Aircrew Program Designee with over 6000 hours as a Flight Instructor and Check Airman. He is a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology with two B.S. degrees in Aviation and Management. He is a former University Professor and Assistant Chief Pilot. He is currently serving as an Airline Captain with a major US airline as well as a Senior Instructor Pilot. He has experience in curriculum/syllabus development including AQP implementation, CRM training, and full flight simulator evaluation with FAA certification experience. His other areas of expertise include aircraft performance engineering, Maintenance Dispatch Manual development and Head Up Display operation and instruction and CBT development.
